Christy received her bachelor's degree in accounting and has 15+ years of HR experience specializing in Employee Benefits and other areas of HR. Christy also completed her CEBS certification in 2018. She has lots of great knowledge and experience to share with us. She is very excited to get started in her new compliance role, enhancing support to our HR Team/operations, and is ready to tackle some new 2024 HR Compliance Initiatives. Christy is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to Florida in 2022 because her husband was offered an amazing job opportunity working for Disney. When Christy is not working, she enjoys exploring Florida, especially the beaches. She enjoys going to musical festivals with her husband. Courtney first began her career after graduating from Northern Kentucky University where she received an initial bachelor's degree in business management and a second bachelor's degree in human resource management. Over the last 6 years, Courtney has held HR positions in manufacturing and staffing. During this time, Courtney has found a passion for HR and received several promotions throughout her career. Courtney looks forward to expanding her HR knowledge within home care and is excited to bring her previous experience in engagement and retention to All Ways Caring by supporting our mission to make a difference in the lives of our employees and clients served. Courtney lives in Shelbyville, KY with her husband, 16-month-old daughter, and fur baby Waylon.
